At Ves Trendy Sales, we want you to love your runway-inspired dresses as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our bodycon dresses, maxi styles, or other fashion finds, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, intimate apparel, or any white dresses that have been tried on without protective undergarments.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your Ves Trendy Sales purchase:
- Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Use our template below for quick processing.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Portsmouth address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

- Standard Return: Use DHL or FedEx for faster processing (customer pays shipping)
- Economy Return: Use any trackable mail service at your own cost

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchange Process
Want to exchange your mini dress for a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll:
- Process your return once received
- Ship your replacement item (subject to availability)
- Notify you if your preferred exchange item is out of stock
For exchanges to a more expensive item, you’ll pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality of our collections, we cannot accept returns for:
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
- White dresses that show signs of being tried on without protective undergarments
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Personalized or altered dresses
