We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ves Trendy Sales purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bodycon, maxi, mini, or any of our fashion-forward dresses, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)
  • White dresses that show signs of being tried on without protective undergarments
  • Personalized or altered dresses
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Use our template below for quick processing.

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • Economy Return: Use any trackable mail service at your own cost

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

Want to exchange your dress for a different size or color? Follow the same return process above, but clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange. We’ll:

  • Process your return once received
  • Ship your replacement item (subject to availability)
  • Notify you if your preferred exchange item is out of stock

For exchanges to a more expensive item, you’ll pay the difference. For less expensive items, we’ll refund the difference.
